Cuticle Care Oil (10ml)
Cuticle Care Oil comes with a convenient rollerball applicator. Instantly softening cuticles and sealing in moisture. A blend of sunflower, safflower,avocado and hemp seed oil.
If we have your desired product in stock, you can reserve it online to be paid for and collected in store.
Once you have reserved your product online you will receive an order confirmation. This means your order has been placed on our system but not yet ready for collection.
Once your product is available for collection you will then receive a confirmation email/call from our friendly team, to let you know that your product is ready for collection. Please do not travel to the store until we have sent you/called you with your collection confirmation.
You are able to request a collection time when you place the order, we will do our best to have the items ready for you, but please ensure you wait for the confirmation email/call before travelling to collect.
Your reservation will be held for one week. If you're unable to collect it within that time, please contact us on 0207 724 2800.
If you are collecting and paying for your product in store, you can pay either by cash or card (Visa or Mastercard).
Reserve Online T&Cs:
- If you no longer want your product before you have collected it, please contact us on 0207 724 2800.
- We cannot guarantee your product will be in stock when you Reserve Online, however it can usually be ordered for you from our stockist if in stock and be ready for collection within a couple of days.
- Our Reserve Online service is not a guarantee/contract of sale.
Your product will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class delivery to your preferred delivery address within 3-4 working days.
Delivery costs £3.00 per order.
Regardless of how you have purchased your product from us, it can be returned to our store for exchange or refund. Any product may be returned for any reasonable reason, provided you inform us within 14 days of receipt. Please call us on 0207 724 2800.
For a refund, the item must not have been used, opened or damaged in any way. It must include all original packaging and be in ‘as new’ condition. We will refund you the value of your product through your original method of payment. We will not refund the cost of shipping if you have paid for this.
Return shipping and postal charges are at the expense of the buyer.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods:
Please check your order upon receipt and always before use. If the item is damaged, faulty or any error has occurred, this needs to be reported to us immediately. Please call us on 0207 724 2800 and one of our team will deal with the issue and provide you with a return reference number. Please accept our apology if this occurs.
In the event the return is due to our error we will also refund the cost of return by Royal Mail 1st Class – you must first obtain a return reference number.
If more convenient, you can return or exchange your product in store within 14 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, or an online sales invoice.
